We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our backyard accessories. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Our returns process is designed to be as simple and sustainable as possible, reflecting our brand values.
1. Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of the date of delivery or in-store purchase, provided they meet our return conditions. The item must be in its original condition and packaging where applicable.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be unused (except for inspection), in original packaging where possible, and not damaged or altered by you. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We can provide a prepaid return label in certain cases; any such arrangement will be communicated when you request the return.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us by email at radiomail@gholrinndrozia.world with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions and, where applicable, a return label or return authorization. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built stand frames, personalized or engraved items, and products that have been used (other than for inspection) or damaged by the customer are generally non-returnable unless defective. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items may also be non-returnable once opened.

This Return Policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing here limits or excludes your rights under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer law. Residents of California and other states may have additional rights (e.g., refund timelines, disclosure requirements); where required by law, those rights take precedence. 7. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped at no charge. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; in that case you may return the item in accordance with this Return Policy. 8. Refund Procedure
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For defective or damaged items we will refund shipping and arrange replacement or full refund as appropriate.
